The 2004 International VSA arts Festival is coming to Washington D.C.! The event will span four days of performances, public art exhibitions, workshops, and symposiums exploring and celebrating the creative arts. VSA arts is currently conducting an open call to media, performing, literary, and visual artists to participate in the festival.
