These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of ruebarree.com (the “Website”) and to all purchases made from RueBarree (“RueBarree”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About RueBarree
RueBarree is an online store that sells storage, protection and organization accessories for trading cards. Our business address is 701 7th St, Greeley, CO 80631, United States. We operate online only and do not have a walk-in retail location. Full contact details are listed on our Contact Information page.
2. Our products
Our products are generic, unbranded accessories. They are not made by, sponsored by, endorsed by or affiliated with any trading card game, sports league, grading company or card manufacturer. We do not sell trading cards, and cards shown in product photos are not included.
We aim to describe every product accurately, including its size, count and capacity. Colors can appear slightly different depending on your screen. Please check the product details to confirm a product suits your cards before ordering.
3. Prices, taxes and payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards, and Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices. Payment is taken when you place your order. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our Website.
We may change prices at any time. A price change does not affect an order that we have already confirmed.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we received it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price or description was listed in error, or a payment cannot be verified. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
You may request cancellation before your order ships by contacting us at contact@ruebarree.com. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available and our Refund Policy applies.
5. Shipping
We ship to street addresses in all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. territories or international addresses. Shipping times and costs are explained in our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds and damaged or incorrect items are covered by our Refund Policy.
7. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please contact us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to access it in an unauthorized way, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
9. Intellectual property
The RueBarree name, logo, website design and original website text are the property of RueBarree. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Product photos may be supplied by our product suppliers and are not claimed as RueBarree property. Any third-party names mentioned on the Website belong to their respective owners.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, RueBarree is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Changes apply to orders placed after the update.
