These terms form the agreement between you and Ruebarree LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Colorado, trading at ruebarree.com. Placing an order or using the site signifies acceptance. If any part is unacceptable to you, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering a binding contract. Ordering on behalf of a business confirms that you have authority to bind it.

2. Products, Descriptions, and Pricing

We take care over accuracy, but errors occur.

  • Pricing errors. Where an item is listed at a manifestly incorrect price, we may cancel the order or invite you to confirm at the correct price. A full refund follows either way.
  • Images. Photographs are illustrative. Manufacturer packaging and artwork vary between print runs.
  • Availability. A listing is not a guarantee of stock. We may limit quantities, sell out, or withdraw a product without notice.
  • Purchase limits. On allocated or high-demand releases we may cap quantities per customer, household, or address, so that stock reaches as many collectors as possible.

3. Formation of Contract

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we issue a dispatch confirmation, not on receipt of an order acknowledgement. We may:

  • Decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • Verify your identity or payment details before dispatch.
  • Refuse orders that display indicators of fraud.
  • Cancel orders affected by stock or pricing errors.

A full refund is issued wherever we cancel.

4. Payment

Accepted methods are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All sums are in U.S. Dollars. Payment is taken in full when the order is placed, pre-release titles included. Full terms are set out in our Billing Terms and Conditions, which form part of this agreement.

5. Pre-Release Orders

  • Payment is taken in full at the time of order.
  • Street dates are set by manufacturers, are estimates, and move without notice.
  • Dispatch follows within one to two working days of release.
  • You may cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch.
  • Where a release is cancelled, or delayed beyond 30 days, we will contact you with the option to cancel for a full refund.

6. Authenticity

All stock is obtained through authorised distributors and wholesalers and arrives factory sealed and genuine. We have no tolerance for counterfeit or grey-market product. Any concern about the authenticity of goods received should be raised with us immediately and we will put it right.

7. Trademarks

Panini, Topps, Upper Deck, Leaf, Bowman, Fanatics, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, The Pokémon Company International, and all other brand names, logos, team marks, and player likenesses are the property of their respective owners.

Ruebarree LLC is an independent retailer. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by any of these companies, any sports league, or any players’ association. Third-party brand names appear on this site solely to identify the goods offered for sale.

8. Our Content

The Ruebarree name, logo, site design, original photography, and written content belong to Ruebarree LLC and are protected by United States copyright and trademark law. You may browse, share, and purchase. You may not:

  • Reproduce our content on another site or store.
  • Use our name or logo without written permission.
  • Extract product data by bot, scraper, or other automated means.
  • Republish our photography or descriptions elsewhere.

Requests for legitimate use — reviews, features, press — are welcome by email.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the site unlawfully; not to attempt to breach, damage, or disrupt our systems; not to deploy bots, scrapers, or automated purchasing tools; not to submit false information at checkout; not to harass our staff or other customers; not to impersonate any person; and not to resell our goods in breach of manufacturer agreements.

Breach may result in closure of your account and refusal of future orders.

10. Sealed Product Sold As-Is

Sealed goods are sold on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee that any particular card, autograph, memorabilia piece, parallel, or serial number is present in any sealed product, and we give no warranty as to contents beyond that provided by the manufacturer. What you purchase is the sealed product itself.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ruebarree LLC excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special, and consequential loss, for loss of profit, data, or time, and for the claimed value of cards not obtained from a sealed product. Our aggregate liability in respect of any order is limited to the sum you paid for the goods concerned.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by matters beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, public health measures, governmental action, carrier industrial action, and manufacturer supply failure. We will keep you informed and mitigate wherever possible.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes not resolved between us shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts sitting in Weld County, Colorado, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

You agree to raise any complaint with us, and to allow a genuine opportunity for resolution, before commencing proceedings or initiating a payment dispute.

14. Variation

We may amend these terms. The version applicable to your order is the version published when the order was placed. Continued use of the site following amendment constitutes acceptance.

15. Severability

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force.
