What types of cards do your products fit?
Our products are made for standard-size trading cards, about 2.5 × 3.5 in (63 × 88 mm). Each product page lists its exact dimensions and capacity. Thicker cards may need a thicker holder, so please check the product details before ordering.
Are your products branded or officially licensed?
No. We sell generic, unbranded accessories. They are not made by or affiliated with any trading card game, sports league or card manufacturer, and they work with any standard-size card.
Do you sell trading cards?
No. RueBarree sells storage, protection and organization accessories only.
Should I use a sleeve inside a top loader?
Many collectors place a card in a soft sleeve first and then slide it into a top loader. The sleeve protects the card surface, and the top loader keeps it rigid.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on all orders to U.S. addresses.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After shipping, delivery usually takes 3–8 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email. See our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders, returns & payment
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. See our Return & Refund Policy.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or sign in to My Account to view your orders.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Our website uses HTTPS encryption, and card payments are handled by our payment processor. Your full card number is never stored on our website.
Can I visit your store?
RueBarree is an online-only store. Our Greeley, Colorado address is our business address, not a walk-in retail location.
