30-day returns on eligible unused items
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original condition and original packaging.
How to start a return
- Contact us at contact@ruebarree.com, by phone at +1 970-553-8864 or through our contact form. Include your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and send them back as instructed.

Return shipping
Return shipping is free for eligible returns. We will provide the return instructions when you contact us.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and, if possible, a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If you need help choosing the right product, contact us.
Order cancellation
