Ruebarree LLC supplies qualified retailers and resellers throughout the United States. Purchasing at wholesale constitutes acceptance of the terms below.

Who Qualifies

An applicant must either:

  • Operate a physical retail premises, with or without an accompanying website; or
  • Trade online with an established customer base and a verifiable sales history.

We do not extend wholesale pricing to:

  • Sellers trading solely on third-party marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, Etsy, or Mercari.
  • Buyers purchasing for personal collections.
  • Drop-shippers holding no inventory and operating no verifiable storefront.
  • Unverified sellers whose only platform is social media.

Every application is reviewed. Ruebarree LLC may decline an application, decline an order after approval, or close an account at its discretion.

Applying

Email contact@ruebarree.com with “WHOLESALE APPLICATION” in the subject line, enclosing:

  • A brief description of your business and its trading history.
  • A current business licence issued in your state.
  • A reseller or sales tax exemption certificate.
  • Your EIN or business tax identification number.
  • A business address (P.O. Boxes are not accepted).
  • Evidence of active trading — website, storefront, or equivalent.

Applications are reviewed within five to seven working days.

Pricing

Wholesale pricing is available only to approved retailers purchasing for resale, and is quoted in U.S. Dollars.

  • A large order does not of itself attract wholesale pricing, though volume discounts may be available on request.
  • Wholesale pricing is confidential and may not be published, shared, or used in advertising.
  • Pricing is subject to change in line with market conditions, manufacturer pricing, and availability.

Discounts

Wholesale pricing already reflects a substantial reduction and does not combine with promotional codes. The exceptions are promotions offered specifically to wholesale partners, and contracted volume pricing. Wholesale orders to which a retail discount code has been applied will be cancelled.

Payment

Wholesale orders are payable in full before dispatch. We accept:

  • Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • PayPal Business
  • ACH transfer, preferred for larger orders
  • Wire transfer, for orders exceeding $10,000

Credit terms are not extended to new accounts. Established partners with a consistent trading record may be considered for net-15 or net-30 terms after six months. Where you prefer to settle against an invoice rather than through checkout, email us and one will be raised.

Carriage

Standard carriage is free on wholesale orders, with no minimum. Consignments leave our Greeley, CO facility by UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Freight and palletised delivery is available for large volumes and quoted separately. Tracking is provided on every consignment.

Fulfilment

Orders are fulfilled within one to two working days of cleared payment unless we advise otherwise. Pre-release wholesale orders are fulfilled within one to two working days of the manufacturer’s street date, which is outside our control.

Allocation and Manufacturer Restrictions

  • Allocation. Certain releases are allocated by the manufacturer, and bulk quantities cannot always be guaranteed.
  • Reseller conditions. Some lines carry reseller obligations, including minimum advertised price requirements.
  • No automatic back-order. Out-of-stock lines are not queued automatically.
  • Quantity caps. Limits may be imposed on high-demand releases so that stock is distributed fairly among partners.

B2B and Bulk Supply

We supply other wholesalers and B2B accounts subject to allocation and availability. For large-volume requirements, email contact@ruebarree.com with details of your business and we will prepare a quotation.

Returns

  • Wholesale sales are final except where goods arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Opened sealed product cannot be returned, as with retail.
  • The twelve-month warranty on supplies and accessories applies to wholesale purchases.
  • Approved refunds are released to the original payment method within five to ten working days.

Damage

All consignments are checked before dispatch, but transit accidents occur. Please:

  • Inspect consignments on arrival.
  • Notify contact@ruebarree.com within five working days of receipt. Wholesale consignments carry a longer window than retail because palletised and multi-case deliveries take time to book in.
  • Enclose photographs of the damage, the goods, the outer carton, and the packing material.
  • Refrain from opening damaged sealed boxes, as opening voids the claim.

Claims are resolved with the carrier by replacement, refund, or credit.

Termination

An account may be suspended or closed where:

  • These terms or pricing confidentiality are breached.
  • Repeated chargebacks or payment disputes arise.
  • Goods are resold in breach of manufacturer agreements.
  • Fraud or misrepresentation is identified.
  • The account has been dormant for twelve months or more.

Closure ends access to wholesale pricing and associated benefits.
